Ok FFA Ag Ed Proficiency

2012 Oklahoma FFA Ag Ed Proficiency Award Winner, Cale Jahn

Tuesday, May 8, 2012

This Week

Cale played Great Balls of Fire for his recital piece.

Audra played as well, she was "honored" to go first.
Cale presented a portion of the FFA Creed at the Banquet.
He was (1/3 of the) Star Greenhand, State Ag Ed Proficiency Award Winner and named Historian for the upcoming year.

And Mrs. Michelle Fields made a dandy fine cake for all to enjoy.
The "banquet" consisted of pizza, salad and dessert.
Went pretty well!

Brandon & Spencer enjoying a nice 98 degree day in May!

Friday, May 4, 2012

Jr. Jr. has joined up with a few clay pigeon slayers, he is doing pretty good wiping out box after box.

He is also acquiring quite a few empty shell casings.
Hopefully all the $$ we spent on vision therapy will help him in this endeavor as well as academically.

Happy Haybaling!

This was taken on the river two years ago, our baler hasn't been out of the barn since---all due to drought you know.
Well the happy hay balers are almost at it again, raking today and hopefully baling in a day or two.
Jerry and Spencer making the first round in the boys alfalfa a few days ago.
Heave Ho...the square bale muscles they will grow!!!
